TADA rebuilt PROMOMED’s Investor Day presentation from the ground up, creating a 52-slide investor deck and a reusable communication system under an exceptionally compressed deadline.

Working alongside an external communications consultancy, TADA assumed full ownership of the presentation’s visual redevelopment and final delivery.

A six-person team was mobilised to restructure the information, establish a new visual direction, redesign complex data and infographics, and produce the complete 52-slide deck from scratch. The scope also included reusable Figma and PowerPoint templates and event screen materials.
Our Role
We translated PROMOMED’s market leadership into a disciplined and distinctive presentation system. Complex content was reorganised into a clear hierarchy, while the visual language was evolved to communicate greater innovation, scale and confidence without compromising readability.

Rather than treating the deck as a one-off event asset, we built a flexible system that could support PROMOMED’s future investor and corporate communications.
The Approach
PROMOMED received a complete, event-ready presentation that represented the business at the level of its market position and ambition. The project established a significantly stronger standard for its investor-facing materials and led to continued collaboration.
The Outcome
With Investor Day approaching, the initial design direction had failed to meet the brief. The presentation did not reflect the scale, authority or technological ambition of one of Russia’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

PROMOMED required a complete visual reset. A substantial volume of financial, scientific and operational information had to be transformed into a clear, compelling investor narrative — while bringing the overall standard of the materials in line with the company’s leadership position.

The full project was delivered within five working days, with the core redesign and production completed over three intensive days.
